2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

I'm not sure what's been the better entertainment today.

Dyche getting sacked, or watching the usual lot throw the toys out the pram because their ego has taken such a hit after being adamant he wasn't leaving.
Dyche has hardly being doing well enough recently for anyone to complain mate. It's just the hyperbole about him that's frustrating.

Don't disagree, what I am saying is that the vitriol (here and elsewhere) he is getting is way over the top. I repeat, he had to go IMO but many have short memories. Some respect is needed.

I agree with the first part, but he's no longer part of the club. There's emotion here that I don't really quite understand, in both directions. He did his job under difficult circumstances until he didn't this season, it's only logical that he leaves.

Dyche admitting he couldn’t do the job.
Refused to resign.
No wonder the statement is short. Wanted his money despite admitting he couldn’t do what he was being paid for.
This is really it. Some of the most unprofessional rat behavior imaginable, and that a lot of people have been pointing out (like "is he trying to get sacked?" and it turns out he basically was!) going back multiple months. And people still defended the fraud to the bitter end.

First Dyche and now this.

Two legends fall in the same day. I can't cope

To be honest as soon as he made that comment about smelling trouble against Bournemouth when he did nothing to stop things going wrong he was on a slippery slope. Lost his appetite for the job and it showed.
Bournemouth playing a lead role in Dyches time here.

The relegation escape, the 2-3, and last week.

They should have seen Lampard off as well at the time.

Quite remarkable as Barry Davies would have said.

Inevitable,
For some reason this season has been a disaster from start to finish.
In the previous two seasons under far more difficult circumstances he had the team competing and fighting but this season seemed clueless as to how to improve performances.

I wish him well, his football was awful but he kept us in the division at a difficult time.
