Its funny how everyone says how crap the team is but in the same breath also slates Dyche. It felt like the natural break where he was done and knew he'd lost the fan base.

Without him we'd be in the Championship of that I have no doubt and for that I thank him.

It did feel like he genuinely knew this was the biggest job hes ever done or will ever do and I do think he felt great pride in that.

I’m really grateful for keeping us a top flight club , I’ve found it really difficult to be supportive of what I’ve watched this year but for the first 18 months’ish he had a real battle and worked hard .

On your last point if he felt that , and I’ve no reason to think he didn’t , I wish he’d shown that to the fans as I think it could have energised us .

Could be said, if he left in summer, but he seems to have lost it totally.

Be thankful that he kept us up 2x in a difficult period of the club, wish him to find a suitable job soon, but not sad that he's isn't our manager anymore at all.
Undeniably it was the right time to go, as he says himself.

But in the context of where we were when he came in and the off field struggles the club faced I think “good shape”= in the premier league, and I think it’s fair to say that.

I don’t like the fella, I’m glad he’s gone but I think in time he’ll be regarded as doing much more good than harm for us in those two years, and there’s few managers since Moyes himself you’d say that about.

Was always going once the new owners came in. Players knew he was immovable under Moshiri and they stayed in line, and then they knew he was a lame duck under Friedkin and it’s no surprise it unravelled.

I will miss how much his every comment triggered some of you. ‘The fans have always been great to me here’…’THE FAT BREXIT DINOSAUR IS HAVING A GO AT THE FANS AGAIN 🤯’. It truly was a case study in collective paranoia.
