If he keeps us up that’s all that matters. Just can’t see it though, I can’t see this side finishing above three others.

27th Jan, no incomings and looking like no money unless we sell our leading goalscorer on a mighty 3 goals to raise cash.

Fair play if he keeps us up though if he doesn't, he won't be getting any blame from me.

This rot is from the top

So you wouldn't swap our current position for the Moyes years of regularly getting into Europe???
Of course. But I still think Moyes was massively overrated. He did a decent job and hit his own glass ceiling because of his managerial inadequacies.

However, he is twice the manager Tyrannosaurus Dyche is.

I know mate, it’s just a shame. However, he might come in and build something

Let’s all wait and see before committing to anger
Not angry at the appointment, can understand it and why it is him, just it will be longer and for more money than it needs to be.

I mean also yeah it is Sean Dyche. At least our xWE (expected Worms Eaten) per game will be great.

Lost of negativity against this appointment. But being honest any manager would have had the fans split. He certainly not in my top of my list I’m an ideal world. But we currently found ourselves 19th in the league, can’t buy are way out unless we sell an asset, the fans have lost trust in the players, while the fan base it at war with the board, the board throwing fans under the bus, the owner doing what he wants when he wants. Already that limits the manager we can attract. We can’t lose sight of the main issue not the manager, it’s everything above the manager.

What does a Dyche team look like? Something like this maybe?

Pickford
Coleman Tarkowski Coady Mykolenko
Iwobi Gana Onana McNeil
Lewin Maupay

Definitely a new striker instead of Maupay who is a bit more physical and who will cover for Dom / his poor form.
Would prefer Garner in midfield who can pass a bit. Probably a good shout for Iwobi

I’m ok with this. Too long I have seen our players not run, not sprint, not look knackered, and generally not look bothered. Dyche is no Hollywood appointment but at least he won’t take any crap. I’m happy with this. We have tried the Hollywood in Carlo, we have tried the gamble in Rafael and we have tried the young up and coming in Frank, now it’s time for the horrible English scrapper. I’m happy.
