your a bad boreShould of had him ages ago, it was obvious to anyone he was our man
Realistically for where we are right now it's a logical, if uninspiring, appointment.
I don't think he's a sure-fire guarantee like some seem to think he is. He'll need to show he's learned lessons from his last two seasons at Burnley, when it went stale.
He'll need to do something he's never done and improve an attack.
But if he manages that then there's a good chance he can keep us up.
That being said, the possibility of attracting quality young players has just taken a massive hit, should we stay up in the summer.
Lampard, like it or not, was a huge pull for that.
But we cross that bridge when we come to it.
There was a time where this was very much not the case and instead of pushing on we got a DVD.7th is most clubs ceilings unless they receive massive investment. For all the good football Brighton Fulham Brentford etc. play, will be amazed if any of them finish ahead of any of the top 6.
Anyone who likes to flex on the ‘modern’ anything is a smooth brainof course you did
The modern Everton fan, wrapped in a safe pair of arms and told "everything is ok"
Will run away with the ChampionshipPredicted Everton XI under Dyche with everyone fit:
Pickford
Patterson Tarkowski Keane Godfrey
Iwobi Onana Garner McNeil
Calvert-Lewin Maupay
That’s one shot more than we are used to.One shot and seven bookings per game.
Can’t wait.
Should be the absolute opposite. Break clause and a payout if we avoid relegation- not an extension. Otherwise it’s rinse and repeat. Not gonna be the case like2.5 years is madness. It must include a clause that only allow extension beyond 6months if relegation is avoided.
Onana came because of him. Danjuma was coming because of him, and did a runner as soon as he was sacked.Lampard couldn't pull a christmas cracker man.
Hate to keep using the Howe comparisons but Howe couldn’t seem to organise a defence and had the worst defensive record in his time there. He now has his Newcastle team with the best defensive record in the league. Managers can and do adapt, and thing’s definitely change with change of clubs and different circumstances.Realistically for where we are right now it's a logical, if uninspiring, appointment.

This is just complete pie in the sky stuff though isn't it. Why on earth would they have quit? I keep saying it but I just cannot for the life of me understand why people had convinced themselves that an unemployed 68 year old with no notable successes on his CV was going to be the man who bent the board to his will and made them all change and tow the line. They were happy to mess about with Carlo Ancelotti who's won more trophies than Bielsa's won games, but if there was a power struggle now Bielsa would win it and the billionaire owner would be cowed? It was never, ever, ever happening. The culture of the club comes from the owner and board, Bielsa has shown no appetite to change cultures like that at any club he's been to, he just walks away from it or pushes them too far and gets booted. The problem is that Bielsa would have been (IMHO) a far better fit.
The OP can talk about toxicity all they want but the 40000 are angry with good reason, its not about the style of play or even the string of results that has enraged people - its the serial incompetence.
Or to put it another way, imagine they announced Bielsa this morning and Kenwright, DBB and the rest all quit in protest. Would anyone be feeling better or worse than they are now?
