i don't understand how the board goes from bielsa to dyche. the two managers are like chalk and cheese. surely if you miss out on bielsa you go for a manager with at least a similar playing style to him?

I can see why they see him as the man who could do that but I don't. I'd rather it was Bielsa now to build something - as that is what he would do is build for a few years and then you bring in a manager to compliment that.

Though that's the theory Everton just seem to get the opposite of what's suitable on every occasion.
