Since his appointment at Burnley their total net spend is around £76 million over 9 seasons! £8.4 million per year!

Since 2019 it was £4 million!

What on earth do you expect with thst sort of backing?!
Who are you expecting him to sign for us? Will be the same kind of players just for bigger fee's/wages

Anybody not getting behind Dyche and at least giving him the benefit of the doubt until April is no true football fan.

Why whinge when the blokes not even met the squad yet? He's an experienced prem manager that did wonders with a championship budget. We blew 600m during his tenure there and were still crap, with some blue chip managers allegedly.

He'll have the best set of players he's ever had, especially if the AG dosh get's wisely spent.

Could be a very good day for Everton this, no way we go down this year, no way.

Get behind him. Lampard was tactically woeful and could not get a result if it was handed to him on a plate, great way about him and very likeable but no manager. It'll be very different under Dyche, hoping for some good old Moysie times back again.

This last 6 years has been horrible and not the Everton I've grown up with.

I think they were poorly coached under Lampard and he is not a motivator, to busy delegating tasks to other people while he sits on the ball.
Hi tactics were poor, we all seen it. We went from sort of seeing what he was trying to do, to looking like they didn't know what to do.

But Dyche ain't some tactical expert, its simplified and still relies on the players ot follow simple instructions (which they haven't done under any previous manager)

He still chose what kind of players to buy. Just because you don't have a lot of money doesn't mean you have to buy Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes.

What we can agree is we will be organised. Go from back to front quickly and get balls in the box to DCL which we have not been doing

That's my point. He is now in a totally different environment with different resources at hand so needs to at least be allowed to have some time to show what he can do in it.
I don't really buy that after a decade of choosing to do one thing he's going to suddenly show an ability to do completely different things that make his team way better. Why wouldn't he have tried them before?
