He wouldn't have been my choice, but, if indeed, he is appointed, we should all get behind him and hope he can either bully, blackmail or cajole our lionheart's into playing to his system. I think the football will be every bit as bad as Allardyce's was, but, at least he isn't as odious and detestable as Allardyce. Good luck to him,I I think he will realise he has to find a way to keep us up this season if he wants to stay in his job.

They deserve a kick in the hole regardless, mate.
I think they are all going to get it. I genuinely believe that the transformation in Everton will be close to instant, definitely by the time you play us in a month. I am not suggesting you are going to be scoring loads of goals but I would be shocked if every single player doesn't up their performance significantly. Dyche will not take any crap and if the players won't buy into what he is saying then they will join the u23s. The fact that he has a few players he worked with before will really help him too. You guys may not like the football but I expect you will all enjoy the effort over the remaining games and maybe it just might keep u in the PL

We were only relegated once under Sean. He will keep Everton up without a doubt. He will ensure every one of your players puts a shift and fight for the shirt. Time for all Everton fans to get behind him and the team. As he said to us many times, 'We go again' and you will. He will get a result against Arsenal. In Sean you trust.
Thanks for your reply but I have zero faith in him or the board

Management has nothing to do with having things in common with the people you manage. Dyche may not play sexy football and I agree with a lot of the downsides he has which people have highlighted here. However, the skills that Dyche very clearly has are the ability to re-energise and motivate a squad of players that have forgotten that you have to run and increase your heart rate above 100 during a game of football.
He motivated his squad of players. I'm going to guess that some of this squad have little respect for the legend of the worm eater.

You don't need to have anything in common the most out of a player, Alex ferguson is the prime example and the key reason they would have nothing in common is more a negative towards Dominic Calvert-Lewin than Dyche, as he wouldn't be wearing a skirt or walking round with women's hand bags.
The difference being that Ferguson had respect and fear from his players.

This last 6 years has been horrible and not the Everton I've grown up with.
I'm young, never seen us win anything. Since being old enough to properly understand footy tactically, never really seen us be a half decent side outside of a few months with Carlo and James.

My everton supporting life up to this point has basically been "well, at least we aren't Burnley". Don't even get to have that anymore.

And when I went to bed last night I thought I would be waking up to Bielsa being confirmed... LOL
