Did we try anyone else though??!

Gallardo
Favre
Sampiolo
Joachim Low
Even AVB or Davide Ancellotti?

Dyche has been on the shelf since the sacking for a reason.
Really sorry, nate, but Davide Ancellotti????

There's no certainly that he'd fail, here, and good luck to his future career, but if it was someone being with the real Ancellotti at different clubs, but called Dave Higginbotton, from Rotherham, or Duncan Ferguson from Headbuttington would anyone really want such a person in charge of our club? I very much doubt it.

The most depressing appointment I can recall. Utterly short termist. If it was a 6 month contact with extension if we stay up then maybe...
No self-respecting manager is going to accept a 6-month contract. the only difference between a 6 month contract and a 3 year contract is the cost of replacing Dyche. The focus was clearly on avoiding relegation and the short term. It is absolutely the right strategy for the Board to be addressing the short term.

Pity the next two games are Arsenal and the RS. Our new manager bounce maybe snuffed out before it gets started

I'm not even sure it's worth paying attention to this because we heard exactly the same after Benitez' and Lampard's interviews. "They did a great powerpoint presentation" etc etc.

Bobby brown shoes knocked it out the park with his power point skills too ?

I'm not sure. But let's see.
