So is this done just no announcement yet?
Hes probably training / shouting at the squad already. Website will follow in a few weeks when they can be arsed. Will let the media spiral off in their own direction and make up stories rather than nipping it in the bud with a quick clear update.

30 months pay for 5 months work once we're relegated and he's fired. Played a blinder.
Lets also remember that Everton are second to bottom when Dyche took over with Arsenal and RS to play next. We can only blame the current situation on the board and previous manager - with some player blame thrown in for good measure. Relegation would be purely down to incompetence before Dyche arrived.

Hope you're right mate. He's proven as a manager who's capable of keeping a side of questionable quality in the Prem and he's proven as a manager who's capable of getting a side of questionable quality back up to the Prem. That's what we are today and I'll back him 100%.
Nice one Voodoo, we all need to back him. Its what we do and i for one will be giving him a massive cheer at Goodison next week! Any boo boys near me will get an earfull! ?

Seems that way, maybe putting together his backroom staff?
We've secured a new shirt sponsor off the back of him coming in

Being an Evertonian over these crazy few years with so many permanent managers only lasting for short term periods it is easily to be sceptical. i may be wrong but I think he is better a manager than we think he is. I know Burnley went down last season but then so did Oldham under Royle before we brought him in to replace Walker. Lampards reign to me mirrors Walkers as it was that disastrous and Dyche seems that similar Royle type appointment. the only negative for me is that we should have got rid of Lampard about six games ago and brought Dyche in then as I believe we wouldn't be in the bottom 3 now. We have left it a little late with a lot of tough games left in the final 18. Our last final 25 games would have been s lot more comfortable than our final 18

I honestly cannot fathom why people are pretending they didn’t see just how bad Allardyce‘s teams were. As you say, even when Everton were mathematically safe he still played exactly the same way as that was clearly all he had in his locker. I was ecstatic that he got West Brom relegated so his bubble was burst. Dyche is a visionary in comparison.

Close your eyes and remember this happened on Samuels watch: His tenure beautifully summed up with “A piece”.
