Yes, that is the positive spin I found myself attemping to put on it as I listened.

Simplification can absolutely be the right thing, if our existing approach is too complex.

But it’s not just a case of coming up with any old simple approach. It has to be the right simple approach.

It’s easy to say “football is a simple game.” It stops you confronting the limitation of your own experience.

It came from the press, the leaked press brief that you told EVERYONE was true. Because the club refused to make a statement because they’re LIARS

Up and coming managers from the Championship or less glamorous leagues overseas. Brentford and Brighton have done it very successfully, we don't because the board (and an alarming proportion of fans if this forum is anything to go by) are obsessed with "Premier League proven" even if those very same "proven" managers have been relegated from the Premier League. Dyche's record which keeps getting touted is pretty poor. He's relegated Burnley on 2 out of 9 occasions. He's essentially a millennial Tony Pulis (except Pulis actually had a better PL record).

You're amusing.

So the alleged leaked press briefing that the CEO had been attacked? Yes I think that probably did happen and it wasn't followed up with Police or formally for various frankly obvious reasons.

You're ignoring the fact that the protests have been abusive, aggressive and I'd argue totally counter-productive to date.
