Can’t see him winning anything for us, but he could at least take us back to Moyes-era Everton. Sadly, right now, that would be progress - a period in which we’re safe from relegation and maybe pushing for Europe. Let’s see if he can do that - as he himself says, today was “a start”.

Nobody would win anything with the us unless there is an ownership change. It looks s conceivable that Dyche keeps us up for the next couple of seasons operating on a shoe string and then next level investment takes over from Moshiri

It’s been one game. Lampard went on a run of beating Chelsea United etc last season but struggled against the lower teams. Until that is rectified it would wise to not get carried away

Yep. Plus these players have history of dining out on one performance thinking thats us done for a few weeks.
Fingers crossed dyche has none of that. It looked different. The hunger was there. But first game and all that.
Its the hope that kills you. Everything looked dead n buried a week ago.

The only run Lampard has was back to back losses. Unless you’re talking about a dodgy vindaloo he had.
