2022/23 Sean Dyche

Behave yourself - he was a victim of his own bloated ego and self importance and directly responsible for some of the issues we are seeing on the pitch to this day.
To be fair you could have something in regards to bloated ego, as he did belive he could save us, but sadly we were allready a lost cause before he arrived

There are 2 groups who are attacking Dyche already:

1. Lampards worshippers (we all know which posters these are).

2. The usual suspects who dislike every manager like Kev the rat and Iguana.

If he gets a draw or better at Notts Dyche has done a decent job so far.
I promise when we have a manager fit for the job I'll give him time to mold the team

So you can’t name them and are making a sweeping statement. Cool.

The second group are irrelevant in the discussion because as you say, they dislike every manager.

We have definitely improved under Dyche but still nowhere near good enough although tbf it is still early days for him. One positive is if we have had a couple of tough games and if we continued with our current form of winning 2 out of 5, then it might be enough to stay up.

He really needs to address this goal scoring problem quickly though. I know it's not his fault but maybe it is time to think out of the box. If someone isn't good enough such as Maupay *cough* then just bin him otherwise it is just rinse and repeat and hoping something changes when it obviously isn't going to. Maybe bring some of the younger players in to replace under performers. Might at least create a bit of fight or competition.

Need a win on Sunday please.

Marco Silva went a calendar year as Everton manager not winning a single away game. Look at him now at Fulham. Some things are down to the manager, but when they all fail then the systemic root problems need to be flushed out which are the culture of mediocrity at every level of the club, the conditioning fitness and injury prevention/rehab, the recruitment. If we got these three things right then every manager would have a far better chance of success here.

Erm, no he didn’t?

Everton Away Record: -
2022/2023 - Played 13, Won 1 (1 under Lampard, 0 under Dyche)
2021/2022 - Played 19, Won 2 - (1 under Lampard, 1 under Benitez)
2020/2021 - Played 19, won 11 - (11 under Ancelotti)

i don't think you will ever find a team with 11 away wins in the league finish 10th in the prem that was incredible, that was such a bizarre covid season, we had 6 wins at home that season lol

I believe we have much better chance of survival under Dyche than if the super Frankies were still in charge. We were going down with a whimper under Lampard who was a truly terrible manager. The points percentage shows us we would have ended with approx 33 points under a season from him. That is relegation! If people are judging Dyche already ... his record is actually decent and long may it continue:
