2022/23 Sean Dyche

Carlo parked the bus and gave a legitimate reason why...we won more games like that.

The Waiter, Lampard, and now Dyche, all moved away from it and faced embarrassment.

I don't get it.
Don't think it was even parking the bus, was just a slow playstyle with a low block.
Carlo's won titles with that and knew what we should do instantly, that's why he's one of the best ever. People still bash him for finishing 10th with these but we were close to top 4 for quite a long time and then he bounced to win CLs and titles in Spain, shocker. Left the same squad that's been in a relegation fight since lol

Moving on from that - Dyche happened upon that same type of play, that fits the players (as they are mostly the same players anyway), and after some success went back to his type of playing, which clearly doesn't work with this bunch of jellyfishes. Why? No one knows.

It was the manner and reasons behind the defeat that has squeezed all the hope out of many. That was soul destroying today and has took many of us to the edge. Any hope or confidence we had of staying up took a serious massive hit today and made most of us feel hopeless and flat
I totally appreciate the disenchantment after today’s performance, however for me the Dyche out cries, that some are spouting, are crass.

We weren’t good enough today, and Dyche has to shoulder some responsibility. Yet, since he’s came we have in the mainstay improved quite a bit.

We must hope Dyche can squeeze out enough results once key players return.

A front 2 of Maupay and Gray is not what I was expecting when Dyche took over.

Some really weird decisions from him.

He got it completely wrong for me today.

It's mental.

Simms scores against Chelsea. Gets 20mins against Spurs. Starts away at United...then benched for a player who barely started the last 4 games and has been [Poor language removed] all season in system that doesn't suit him

Sean has to go

Just replying with messages from you in January about the previous manager.

It’s hardly Franks fault if poor players like Gordon miss sitters

Yes after last nights defeat, Potter is now considered out of his depth at Chelsea, does that mean he would be fine at Everton, I doubt it. The crowd would soon turn against him here too.
Martinez and Dyche would be no better than Frank, doesn't matter who the manager is if the striker is never fit, other players miss sitters and the defense give gaols away through individual errors. Give Frank a top striker and an attacking midfielder and we'll be fine.

Exactly. Instead of wasting money paying Frank and his team off, and paying for a new manager and his staff, invest in the squad. All we need is an attacking midfielder and striker. It's very frustrating that they weren't lined up ready to go on the 1st Jan, but is that Franks fault?

Haha yeah I’m clearly over optimistic with Frank, but for the first time in years we’ve got a young English manager that we can relate to, who carries a lot of respect in the game and someone who can grow with the club to get back to the top, which will take time.
Yes the results having been good, even I appreciate that, but I blame the players not delivering more than Frank.
With a decent striker and attacking mid we’ll be fine.

This isn’t on Frank, our players are [Poor language removed]

Jeeez some people will find a way to moan about everything, we've just managed to get a top player in, can we be happy and get behind the team and manager ffs

Let's give Frank some time to see what he can do with a team with an actual forward in Danjuma.

Id have risked it on Davide Ancelotti

Weve ran out of time, we have no chance now

It was the biggest game of the season and our manager crumbled under the pressure.

He keeps talking about mentality. Well I saw a manager who had no answers and a team who gave up. We all know what that equals.

The fans are allowed to be disappointed and dejected after watching that. There was nothing to like and nothing to get behind. I wont support or watch that standard of football- its unacceptable at thos level and at this club.

I still maintain, as I said all along, changing manager was pointless and changed nothing.

Dyche is fine for park the bus games against the better sides. The struggle was always going to be when we have to come out and play. We need to get back to the mentality of scrapping for everything.
