The thought of the ginger Louis Armstrong rebuilding Everton from scratch is a scenario too awful to contemplate. The budget will be low if we are in the premier league and even lower if we are in the championship. The thought of Rodriguez, Wood and all the rest of his over 30's English grock society rocking up here to take us into the new era...Words fail me, if he keeps us up he keeps us up, give him his massive bonus and send him on his way. If he relegates us, just send him on his way.

We'll see. I've no faith in Everton's transfer strategy.

It's all very well putting a recruitment team in place, but if the owner does what he fancies anyway then it means nothing. I suspect Dyche will insist on players he wants. I can't see him standing idly by.
Well he didn't kick up a stink in January when we brought nobody in.
I think he realizes that he's won the jackpot getting the Everton job. He is punching well above his weight just like me when I had that night out with Kylie.

Dyche has proven relegation pedigree having being relegated twice and on course for a third already in a fairly short career. It didn’t really become obvious that Lampard was the worst manager in the league until the middle of this season, he was still a bit of an unknown quantity and people were probably willing to see how the gamble panned out. Dyche is less of a gamble, we know what we’re getting - relegation.
It was obvious that Lampard wasn't up for it to anyone who has watched us since he took over. He makes team worse, threw away leads constantly with us, and some are still saying 'nice guy' and calling Dyche a ginger whatever. It is Lampards fault if we get relegated. I know who wouldn't have thrown away 1 nil leads to Wolves and Southampton at home.

There's absolutely no evidence to suggest he'd be signing all his Burnley old boys for us like.

He operated on a shoestring at Burnley and bought players to keep them punching above their weight. I'd imagine working with a DOF here would change that.

What makes you think Dyche wouldn’t? We are conceding more under him than Lampard.
