The main reason players have been so eager to sign for us the last 6 or so seasons is that we`ve been offering them huge wages. It ends up with loads of dead wood making up the squad.

A big problem was we had crap managers buying crap players with no plan no identity. It’s just going to be the same. That’s why I wanted Bielsa because we would have got players in to play his system. The ones that couldn’t would be binned and have players that play high energy football. We already have the slow crabs that can play the Dyche system so it’s just going to be more of the same.

Need to get anyone who isn’t up for the fight out of the club.

We’re short on offensive talent so need 11 players scrapping every game for the club. I’d be showing Gordon, Doucoure, Keane, Davies Holgate the door and try and get in a few attacking players.

At least Dyche might be able to get a tune out of McNeill.
