2 games into the season and people honestly talking about binning a poor team specialist. I don't care about the Keane debate. The backup is Godfrey - crap, Branthwaite - no one actually knows if he is a regular starting PL centre back, they just want an alternative to Keane. The situation is crap. But we NEED someone who gets poor teams to overperform.

Anyway Sean, im a simple man, give me 3 points on Saturday and we can be best mates again.

Thats all I ask, you can play Keggers, play who the hell you like, just get me those lovely 3 points.

How’s he a poor team specialist? He’s already been relegated twice and was a Nick Pope save away from notching up a third last season.

Is it a euphemism for "crap manager"?

I would give him six games maximum based on the obvious like results and performances but on his willingness to change his approach in team selections and in game management. What absolutely frightens me though (and there is where I have mixed feelings about it) is who they bloody hell would the muppets then bring in? Surely no one can have confidence….it’s their managerial appointments amongst other things that have contributed to us being in this mess.

No one is coming to us. The narrative of 'can't keep sacking managers' has seemed to disappear since young progressive Lampard was sacked
