Look, he's clearly not the problem, we of all clubs should know this. Week after week he's being let down by these players, sacking him only makes us worse, by a far margin. Look at the utter dross of managers that'd even think of coming to us now, they're all miles worse than Dyche. We've got a great system tht works, we can defend well but the players cannot convert the easy chances and too many individual errors coming from stupid players.

I'm not for a second saying this run is acceptable but you've got to be obtuse and only looking at the results to act like it's somehow down to Dyche, if you include him in a squad, he's among maybe 5 or 6 people I think deserve to be at Everton, the other 20 odd can walk out the door and we'd be no worse off.

We have zero leadership so he obviously can't be sacked but he's never ever an Everton manager. His home record is an absolute disgrace. He's just not a winner.
