He’s the manager on 5 mil a year I could do a better job on 10 bobYe he did, and then beat us. So it might show you it's an Everton problem rather than a Dyche problem

Maybe try something different thenBecause we don't have the personnel for it. We're more likely to beat a top 6 team at home than a old school defending set up.
totally agree with this in lots of games, but today, what would you have changed before the Soucek goal? We looked like the team that was more likely to score for pretty much the whole of the second halfHis plans are:
Swap DCL and Beto around the 70 minute mark.
If we’re losing, chuck some youngsters on up top.
If we’re winning, bring on Ashley Young.
He has no clue how to change a game. None whatsoever. The game unfolds as it unfolds, and he’s a powerless bystander, apparently.
Missed chances, diabolical attacking play and atrocious finishing has been the story of the season.Except it hasn't been the same story all season. And if you change the manager the players automatically score penalties and take the chances they should be taking? Not entirely sure how that works, Dyche doesn't take the penalties
He literally gets by on being bald, ginger and having a gravelly voice.he’s got nothing about him has he , he’s just a extension of the players who are the exactly the same
He brought on Chermiti and DobbinMaybe try something different then
Good managers adjust. There are players who have been in terrible form picked every week. Other teams not a million miles away have put in young players and taken a chance.
We bring on 38 year olds
He brought on Chermiti and Dobbin
What do you expect mate some fans when criticising players start off with “ great fella but”How has this man managed to con such a large section of the fan base into believing he isn’t the problem here ?
but exactly my point, changing Dyche is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, the horrendous finishers will still be there, and we will contnue to massively underperformMissed chances, diabolical attacking play and atrocious finishing has been the story of the season.
At some point you have to stop saying its poor luck and start accepting this is what we are. A team who are dreadful in front of goal and lack conviction. It's a lot down to the players but it's wrong to ignore the coaching element.
They players come on the pitch like they’ve just rolled out of bed ,there doesn’t seem to be any plan ,reminds me of Walter smiths last season thisHe literally gets by on being bald, ginger and having a gravelly voice.
That’s his personality. Thats his persona. There’s nothing backing it up, apart from his two bald roommates from when he was a teenager.
Because he searched the world of football for the best coaches and fortunately he lived with them as a young man.
So that’s cool.
