the selection was good but the urgency to attack is lacking. Build up too slow and that is the main reason we can’t create anything meaningful.

If we give time for opponent to form a solid defensive shape, we will not have enough quality to break teams down.

Devils advocate, I do wonder what he really got wrong today with what he had. Occasionally other teams are allowed to score against you. No one keeps 38 clean sheets. Dyche has every right to expect us to score at least 3 today.

He could sanely argue he set the team up in a way that got them into numerous basic goal scoring situations. If Danjuma, Tarks can’t score sitters and Doucs can’t hold his run by 6 inches, then not sure what else can be done.

he nearly took us down last season and the results have got even worse now. he has had plenty of time and we have seen more than enough of him.
