The thing with Dyche is that he has absolutely no redeeming qualities at all.
You might put up with a terrible run of form if we could see he was building something. For example if he was good at developing players and bringing them through and that was causing some short term pain, or we had terrible injuries and it was a makeshift squad, or if we were playing decent football but it wasn’t coming off or even the opposite, you’d put up with terrible football if it got results.
He is absolutely still dining out on the winning run earlier in the season and the myth, because it is a myth now, that we are defensively good and solid. The media still talk about in those terms because they don’t pay attention and he’s just getting away doing absolutely nothing.
I strongly suspect now that he’s lost the dressing room and that the players don’t like him. Once that happens there’s no going back.

One could argue the fans want Sean Dyche to be better, but unfortunately he is terrible.
