Whilst our Dyche may be lacking in the modern tactical play department, he makes up for that in the mentality side of the sport. Not many managers could have kept our group of overpaid primadonna's on the straight and narrow this season whilst we had the 10 point deduction hanging over us. Even now we await a further charge and potential punishment.

He's probably the only manager since Wee Davey to have been able to have kept them playing for him even when we hit a rocky patch.
0 wins in 13, oh yeah mate, they're sure playing for him, that's the standard. I know you want us relegated because you've said this in multiple threads, but actual fans want their team to win.

The club are having to lend money off 777 to continue with operation costs.

No chance Dyche is getting paid off this season. He's here until at least the summer and rightfully so in my opinion.
I know he wont be going now, but we will lose a lot more pennies tenting up in the Championship.

Seeing that line-up tonight nearly made me throw up.

Worst manager in Everton history. His record speaks for itself. His baffling team selections and some of the worst tactics were on show again first half. Second half!!! I think he really is holding the players back. This running around tackling shooting and passing to a blue shirt could work you know sean. Lets see you pick a team and go out and win a game now. The crowd will get behind you. Tonight the away end was not happy at all but the first sight of us actually having a go passing and creating chances and we were right behind them again. That was just 3,000 sean. Imagine it with 37,000.
UTFT.

So many long balls. Not seen a keeper kick it out of his hands so much since the 80s.

Funnily enough we were much better when Gomes and Garner came on and we actually passed the ball a bit.
Was thinking today the whole Dyche experience is the 80s without the success
His credit in the bank has evaporated for me now. We aren't good to watch, we play for a draw, no patterns of play, too many cliches.
Today Silva subbed 3 players at 33min because they were playing badly.
Our players know what time Dyche is making subs and who it will be most of the time.
Opposition managers know too. We are depressingly predictable in everything

He wont be leaving until we have a board though, and even then its unlikely if we stay up. That's our measurement of success now, and its a bit depressing
