I guess I'll try this guy:
Ancelotti finished his last season with Everton in 10th place, an improvement over the 12th place he'd achieved the previous season.
And 12th is where Everton would've finished this season under Dyche, if not for points deductions, an improvement over the previous season's 17th place.
By that metric, hey hey, looks like Dyche is Ancelotti's superior in improving the team's performance. Who knew?

Ancelotti finished 12th first season (joining in December) and ended on 49 points - more than Dyche earned this year without deduction.
Then finished 10th on 59 points - obviously better than Dyche.
Ancelotti also left with 1.60ppg against Dyche's 1.32ppg. (Ancelotti has managed 5 games more but unassailable lead there)
Ancelotti also has a positive GD in his time whilst managing to concede less and scoring more than Dyche.

Wowsers, page after page of a couple of weirdos trying to make out Sean Dyche is the superior manager to Carlo Ancelotti. Cult was the word used before in this thread but I'm not sure that quite covers it!

I get all of this… but the club is in hugely different place.
Ancelloti came in when we thought we were still on the up. Money being spent, the likes of James, Allan, doucs and Godfrey. We had Sig, richarlson. DCL had a season without injury and was prolific.
Dyche has come in to scorched earth. The weather worn remnants of that squad, aging, and with back to back relegation battles.
No ones arguing ancelotti isn’t a better manager than Dyche.

We were about 3rd after beating Liverpool with 15 games to go and on 40pts, we were on for getting about 65-70pts and should have. We picked up 19 points from then on in and finished our lowest position we held all season 10th. Final 6 games got 1pt from 2 games v Villa, beat WHU, beat Wolves and lost to Sheff U and Citeh (7pts). I think we were 9pts clear of Arsenal during that period and finished 2pts behind. Absolutely fell away, but probs for the best not getting Europe considering what happened the season after.
