Being so poo defensively with Tarkowski and Branthwaite in the squad is quite an achievement of a so-called defensive specialist.

It's a useful point in the sense that we played well again and scored two goals. There's frustration because we let two soft goals go in - more team goals, rather than individual errors - but it was another good performance and away from home. There is frustration but I'm pleased overall with the performance.

Indeed. How can he be pleased with the performance when we failed to beat Sheff Utd? Sheff Utd. We’re a disgrace.

We are talking about a guy who over his entire managerial career, his conceded goals is 121 higher (401) than his games played (280) and his goals scored is lower (270) than games played. Why anyone is expecting anything better than we are currently getting is completely beyond me. Everything is as you would expect from him, absolutely atrocious.

Don't think it's pointed out enough how bad we are defensively for a manager who's supposed to be a specialist.

Fat Sam was rightly chased out of this club with his horrific brand of football, but he got us defending well, we look worse defensively now than we did under lampard.

His side have no defensive shape and lack game management skills. We need him to coach the side properly

I wouldn’t say that’s the case. England U21’s had no one else even remotely okay in that position that’s all.

I know he likes his position with England, but it's time to come home and test yourself.
