We know he's not the greatest manager in the world and there's a ceiling to where he can take us, but we have to look at the players. This is a squad empty of quality. Keep changing the manager but the results never change.

He had Rodriguez, Digne, Mina, Gomes, Allan all fit, Richarlison and a fit DCL.

This side is light years away from that team.

I agree. Makes no sense. I’d have Dobbin on the left and Iwobi on the right.

90% of managers are blagging it, that's why they are always getting sacked and rehired, and there is rarely consistency. it's just pure randomised luck for most of them until they eventually find a club that is right for them. Dyche has already had that with Bunrley, he's now back on the 'get hired, get fired' merry-go-round' with most of the other chancers, desperately stumbling from one club to the next trying to find the next right fit.
