It's basically the same team as last year, did anyone expect actual improvement?

There lies the problem, we have no players who can take a game by the scruff of the neck. To add to that our midfield lacks creativity and with the exception of Mcneil we have poor crossers of the ball yet play every attack down the flanks.

I thought with Dyche and a full preseason we’d come back looking solid and hard to beat, far from it today.

Centre midfield all over the place today, Onana isn’t a box to box midfielder, Gana can’t sit and Doucouré is just terrible.

Obviously we can’t keep playing Keane

Yes, there is something in this. It's one thing persisting with poor players when you don't have any other options, but Dyche in these two cases is persisting with two players who have demonstrably, repeatedly and irredeemably failed. He needs to cut them once and for all.
