He has constructed this tough guy, uncompromising man’s man image. But it’s just a thin veneer. I’ve not seen any righteous anger from him, ever.

Only thing he got wrong IMO is bringing Keane on, but that doesn't happen if the referee doesn't stitch us.

Can understand thinking bring in another centre half at that stage though.

Too negative/defensive. First half we wasted DCL second half we were powder puff. The ref was a tw but we displayed the white flag.

Think he set us up well today. They created nothing- then Young makes a stupid decision, Keane does what Keane always does and the referee bottles a big decision. There’s some thing the manager can control, but players doing really stupid individual errors is not one of them.

We played well today all things considered. Clear that even obvious quality gaps aside the referee had no other result in mind before the game even started. Dyche's hands were tied somewhat and 2 stupid individuals cost us that game, when really the rest of the team played really well.

I expected to lose and get absolutely battered but the fact is we played with basically 9 men once you account for Young getting sent off and Keane's impact on the game, Liverpool played with 12. It is what it is.
