We should have had more points earlier, very lucky to get anything from this match.

To me he didn’t have us prepared for Luton, and really should have put three in the middle today (Doucoure was a second striker today, more so than any other match).

Other than that, this is the most organized we’ve looked in more than two years.

We did deserve to lose, that’s why we got beat. Dyche put out an unbalanced team that was open to be counter attacked and that’s what happened. We didn’t deserve anything because we got beat.

Two big differences are Keane and DCL. DCL gives you a way out when you’re under pressure, jibbing Keane means that you’re not constantly under pressure.

The team is so much stronger psychologically. Under FSW and Lampard, it was white flags if you conceded the first goal. The players seem a lot more prepared to take risks.

Crucially, the players just seem happier. That’s on Dyche.

We were probably fortunate to win but not sure we deserved to lose either. Palace will feel they deserved a draw and they probably did. But if you are competitive in these matches and take your chances , then you make your own luck.

It was clear changes needed to be made at 2-1 to finish them off, but as per usual Sean flogs our players to death. We went quiet for so long it allowed them back into it, gave them encouragement, 2-2 was obviously coming. At the same time they had made all 5 subs. We got lucky today.
