I’m just going to say this game wasn’t promising and leave it at that. He won so he escapes by a thread. I will say that there is not a chance in hell we lose against Wolves and Fulham with Beto leading the line. Unlucky

That was a dire performance for 65 minutes. As bad as it gets.

We got away with one hugely there but that doesn't happen in league football.

He has to look himself in the mirror after that. That first half is as bad as any I’ve ever seen from an Everton side and the tactics were inexcusable/non existent.

If you cant organize a premier league team to play properly against bottom of league two side you're not a good manager.

Hoofing the ball constantly to the forward line isnt a tactic that works anymore.

This manager will get us relegated if left in charge im sure of it

As bad as anything Lampard dished up when you take account of the opposition.

Only positive was both strikers scored so hopefully that gets taken into the weekend.

These players are gutless.
Will take any chance to throw towel in.
But that looked they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing.
They're following instructions.
They don't just run on pitch + make it up.
Really poor pre-season. Nowhere near ready.
How can you go through a whole summer + not develop some patterns of play.
Things you see + think yeah they've been working on that.

My brother sat in a pub with dyche said he's sound but wow I've played Sunday league level for years and even we don't play that badly
