Exactly my thoughts- get through this season and then lets bring our football into the 21st century with a completely new set up - so painful watching us on the ballHope he can keep us up and then the new owners can thank him very much for his service and get a manager in with half a clue on how to keep the ball and play coherent attacking passing, pressing football.

I think the pressure and expectation of managing Everton crushed Marco in the end. The elitist snobs that attend Craven Cottage are a world away from having an angry Goodison on your back.
I believe there has been a lot more embarrassing things to happen to Everton over these past few years. Drawing at home to Fulham is lower on the list for me.
