I think you’re right. Would like to go on a little run of points per game now to make doubly sure.

I also think that I don’t want him to squeeze a penny more out of us than is absolutely necessary.

Let him run his contract down - bid him goodbye in June.

That has to be the club's thinking.

Hopefully by then a takeover by a rich owner is done and we can start strengthening a little more.
