I agree I’ve been saying since the season began the back four are playing higher, I suspect thats to support the double pivot. While Tim for what he gives at home, struggles in games were he has to be more disciplined at away. Overall I think we’re a man down in midfield but that’s intended as we try to move on from Doucoure.

Circumstances haven’t helped - the injuries at the back have been rancid and impactful. All fit though do we shore it up, last two games we’ve been far more creative and clinical.

We haven't been able to play a high back line since Distin mate and even that was dodgy

Think needs get that balance right in midfield just dont kno what is best to drop tim out try gana and garner to go with the experience and played well towards the end of the season. Or try tim and garner but make sure mcneil drops in to give support.

Thinking Dyche ball that would mean Ndiaye being dropped. Reality should be one of McNeill or Harrison.

Issue to me was -
Brighton you take on the chin.
Spurs - gave them 2 goals, game was done.
Bournemouth - play great for 87mins and collapse.

So do you keep with the same way Vs Bournemouth and iron out the mistakes or make huge changes?

Well, he kept it the same and for 30mins worked Vs Villa.

But the bottom line is... we've conceded 13 goals in 4 games. Its not working and needs going back to basics which is...tight and compact.

We shouldn't "take Brighton on the chin"
We should have been out of sight before they scored.

And definitely No to Ndiaye being dropped for Dyche ball.

It’s a real tough one, there would have been a riot if he’d dropped Tim today. He deserved to keep his shirt after his performance vs Bourmouth, but he struggled to impact. Maybe away games were more despite is required is a developmental need for him and something we need to look at, he was similar vs Spurs.

Garner can come in, if we stick with the pivot. The other option is Doucoure but means sacrificing one of the front 4.

Whatever the solution mate there will be collective groans on here.

Bar Bourmouth though, we haven’t controlled a game this season and we lost control of that one.

Some hard and unpopular decisions may be ahead.

For me i would get the change in the midfield if he did take tim out, is the back 4 for me he really has to make changes that anount of goals you have to look at it.
