2024/25 Sean Dyche

Not sure where "entertainment " under Dyche has ever crept in, the positive agmonst us of him got that he would be pragmatic at best.

Just like manager who can live upto their much self spoken principles, well organised squad that can defend and hard to beat and fit. Everton are none of these under Dyche now.

Nothing strange about the "nuts and bolts "of his management, 1 point 14 goal conceded in 5 league matches.

its
horrendous and
it’s why we’re here

This aint on Dyche for me - no bench. Leicester's subs were much stronger than ours and changed the game. When your game relies so much on energy and the players start to drop off (see today, Saints, Bournemouth and Villa) then you need good players to come off the bench.

With a fit squad we would win more of these games

He's class and he'll be fine...and when he plays others in the defence will play better.

There's no need for a managerial change. We won't be relegated. Ilm very confident of that now. Performances we've had last 3 is way above the level relegation teams can put together.
I think you’re right. Would like to go on a little run of points per game now to make doubly sure.

I also think that I don’t want him to squeeze a penny more out of us than is absolutely necessary.

Let him run his contract down - bid him goodbye in June.

People making a case for us being bottom of the premier league and it being ok.

It is NOT ok. Not under any circumstance.

The manager is [Poor language removed]. It’s only going one way, action is needed asap.

Obviously it's not ok

But I don't think all agree it's only going one way. I'm pretty certain he'll keep us up as crap as he is

Why did he decide to change a front 4 that was working as early as he did? Why did he decide to take off his best player again?

Sean Dyche, the only man on the Planet who is upbeat about Everton after throwing away 2 points against one of the poorest teams in the league. 1 point from 15, sitting second from bottom on goal difference and 5 PL wins since December 2023. Not sure why he is the only person who is upbeat. Maybe the rest of us just don't get it.

He wants fresh legs - he is obsessed with players covering every blade of grass and Illiman looked spent tbh - hardly did a thing for the ten minutes prior to coming off
Right. He values running over ability. Totally agree there. Jesper should not have been subbed for Harrison and while Ndiaye may have been less involved just before his sub, I don’t think it was fatigue. He’s the only one who can get us up the pitch with individual ability. Taking him off because he wasn’t running like a headless chicken was stupid. At worst, you move him inside and have Dwight run the left wing. It’s just another example of him having his mind made up before a ball is kicked imo. Apologies but it’s just very frustrating watching the same old every week.
