Season Ticket Waitlist

I'd been keeping my eye on my waitlist application to see if it's being updated with my new position on the waitlist. I noticed today it says 'According to our records, you have no active Waiting List application. To create a new Waiting List application, please check your details above and click the submit button below.'
Are they updating the system? Anyone else that's on the waitlist have the same issue
I'm a little concerned that I've been 'Evertoned' after being on the list for 4 years and just as we get to a crucial time.....I'll call them fan center tomorrow and give them what for.....

Hopefully they are updating. Just checked mine and it says 'Join waiting list'

Think you should be alright seeing they count memberships nowadays anyhow.

Mine was the same so clicked resubmit and now saying joined date of today!!!

That is true, but if you are not on the waitlist then you will never get a season ticket. Also for each band of memberships it's ordered as to when you joined the waitlist. Thats now really important as we move through the the 4 and 3 years membership folk as there is loads of them!!
Hopefully its just an update as we are getting close to 31st March.

Feel better now I see there are a few of us. Likely just an update and all will be well in a few days......
I think the fan centre will have a busy day with calls, as usual poor comms that there is a glitch (they must know) and they will pay the price with inbound calls.

You’re right - this’ll be an update linked to their decision on whether to offer further season tickets. Although nominally they’ve given everyone currently eligible to buy season tickets until next Monday to do so, in reality the last eligible tranche, those new season ticket holders who became able to buy on 12th March, will have done so that day, or immediately after. Thus, the club will have known for nearly 2 weeks exactly how many existing season ticket holders, and newly qualified people, have taken up seats at the new stadium. As such, I reckon they’ll have already decided whether more season tickets will be offered and, if so, how many. Expect waiting list people to be notified early next week.

I also held off....ive raised a ticket! Maybe it actually means we aren't on waitlist and will be offered a ST in a few days!!!!

I stuck myself on the waiting list just in case I ever do move back and they'd missed out a year's membership (2022-3). Odd situation as I was obviously able to view the pre-season and youth team games judging by my comments on here.

Yes, this is the frustrating thing. They must know the significance of the 31st March for some of us waiting, hoping and checking..... Unusual unexplained changes in the system cause uncertainty, unnecessary anxiety and calls to Fan Center.

Don’t panic - I also spotted this yesterday. I reassured myself after checking a few other supporter numbers. I wonder if they’re just refreshing the data? I did dig out the band confirmation email from May 2024 just in case as that has a record of join date

Did you try raising it with the Fan Centre? I’ve raised one myself for 2018-19 season and wonder what evidence they’d accept

I raised a case, they responded saying i have now been added back to Tier 1.....of course when I check the date is today's date, same as if I had just reapplied to go on waitlist.

I have sent them a follow on with a copy of my email from March 25. Is there anything that are admin teams can ever do correctly!!!!

As they didn't come back saying it was due to them doing something in the background, I would spread the word for folk to check as I think there has been an IT glitch that they are dumb to!!!
