Og sounds like a fantastic character to be aware of as long as he is in the distant past and unlikely to be encountered ever again.I used to have this labmate (we were both working in the same lab everyday, so essentially day-in-day-out coworker) and his name was Michael. But he made everyone, including our advisor call him "Og." He said it was a nickname that he liked because it sounded playfully "caveman." He had this personal website which he named "Og Cave" and there were cringey pages like "Things Og Like" and "Things Og Hate" and it was full of dumb obvious stuff like "beer" "girls" "mean people" "dance music". There was also a section full of really bad poetry that he wrote with butt-tightening dedications such as "this one is for you Trent" and it would be a series of dark words strung together like "The blood masses grow; screams cry out in my head; a lone crow flies overhead; my time has come..." and dumbass-noir crap like that. He would often come into work on Monday and make a weird proclamation about something he figured out over the weekend. He would walk in and say, "I tried a bunch of beers over the weekend and I can conclude that Sam Adams Boston Lager is the best beer in the world" and while this was like 1998 and there wasn't a proliferation of microbrews back then, the rest of us would just ignore him knowing that Sam Adams was not the best beer in the world, it wasn't even the best beer in Boston. As this was pre-cellphone era, my friend used to call my house and leave fake-dark Og poetry on my answering machine. I'd come home and hit the play button and my friend's "dark voice" would be saying stuff like "Redemption of the blood angels cry for the sinners; but no more; for the demons have journeyed inward to Satan's lair; Yearning, yearning, yearning, for the dark toils of revenge" or whatever dumbass-noir words he could string up on the fly. I forgot about Og until reading this thread.
I've certainly seen that written next to his name in a few mach reports.Isn't Keane's nickname Og? Or something like that?
We've got one of those. How's about when one of the big boys goes on holidays and 1 of us peasants gets to sit up and hold the fort while they're away. There's a few at my work that start suddenly strutting around like VIP company men for those few weeks and think they're part of some exclusive club. Tossers.

What buzz words has he learnt he's now shoehorning into everything he says?
Would like to add my two cents to this category. Worked with an Israeli company as their supplier. Won't go into details on what they are but they offboarded last year after making all these remarks about how our service was dreadful and they could do better elsewhere. Proper rude business culture over there it seems from my limited experience. If my enemy is a member of a different company but has frequent interaction with me does it still count?
Loads of IT dev and PM jobs being advertised for Israel as they’ve all been whacked in GazaWould like to add my two cents to this category. Worked with an Israeli company as their supplier. The sort of customer that spends absolutely naff all with you but demands the world on a plate. Comes in hot with a request and then follows it up 2 hours later with '????????????' and nothing else routinely. Gone now but dropped me an email the other day asking for someone's employment contract as they're suing the company now for not fulfilling their obligations (can't imagine why). We said we hadn't worked with this individual since mid last year and that this had nothing to do with us. She just replies 'Thanks!'
Nuke her last known location, fire her into the sun or send her to Gaza. I don't care which. I had terrible thoughts about her and her boss when that conflict started
I'll let you take ownership of that and you can drive the changes. Make sure to follow the policies and procedures. We need to bridge some silos to come up with a go-forward strategy to make us cash-positive.
