There was a problem years ago with player power but in recent years with PL clubs being awash with money the scales have tipped the opposite way and clubs can afford to keep players prisoner.

Wilf & Romero are perfect examples of that - Utd would rather pay out 100k a week on someone who isn't getting a sniff of football to ensure he doesnt move elsewhere.
