Probably better to get PSA performed before the digital rectal exam. It will artificially elevate it. Seminal fluid is produced from the prostate (well a gland there anyhow). Been a long time since I was a urology SHO but prostate cancer in very common- 80% men by age of 80. If you're a young fella it's probably prostatitis, or nerve damage. Maybe you like a cheeky bum poke with your self servicing.
