The manager can only do so much, the players must step up and perform themselves.

I do think that he needs to change his tactics when our strongest side isn't available, there are some who aren't good enough to play the passing game.

One change at half time tell me RM why we had three players on the left , and no one in front of Coleman?
First half was an improvement as it looked balanced + Eto was a complete passenger and missed a good chance to make it 2-2.

Agree re 1st half balance. Ironic as 1st half was as well as we've played for a while -but mainly cos nufc stood of us. Desperately hoping martinez can turn it round but it needs to happen soon

Wish he would stop being so positive and kick some backside. I voted no, but losing 3 games on the bounce against 3 lesser teams is simply not good enough and he needs to be questioned. This isn't Wigan. Everton expects. Now sort it out.

He does do the hairdryer treatment behind closed doors. His media utterances are camouflage. Do what I do and don't listen to them.

You're wrong. It's a business; Martinez is an underperforming employee and the consequences of him underperforming are dire.

He'll be sacked if this carries on, and very soon too. Everton are bigger than the manager.

Kenwright would be a laughing stock and no decent manager would touch this club with a ten foot long sh1tty stick if they thought they could get a first season in place like Martinez had and then be kicked out the door for getting in the bottom half of the table.

Get real. It's ludicrous.
