Let me ask one simple question tho: the semi is in ~68 hours. I mean, no matter who is brought in, can you see ANYTHING really changing in that time? That one point is why I am blaming a lot of this on the board. They should have taken matters into their own hands WEEKS ago in order to salvage ANYTHING from the season. Instead, we are where we are now...

He's lost the dressing room and the fanbase.

Him being binned off now would lift the gloom in that dressing room and allow the likes of Unsworth and Sheedy a couple of days to remind those players what it means to be an Everton player, as they've patently lost all faith in this blert.

We'd stand a better chance of salvaging our season on Saturday with him gone.

@The Esk I think I said previously to one of your posts that we couldn't do, we wouldn't be able to get anyone in to be able to get the team in the right shape and place to face an FA cup semi never mind final. But after today, the attitude, the dismay showed to the manager.

Something has to change, if that means Martinez goes and Dunc and Unsworth take over to the summer them I would take it if it means we have a chance of winning silverwear.
