Nobody will make a difference, the season is over. Would rather let him have a bash at the FA Cup (although fear if he wins it, then he'll stay) and sack him once we're out.

He started so brightly in Season 1, but as I feared when he first walked in.. his Wigan days haven't finished and we are defensively awful, just like they were. Luckily we have a slightly better team along with Lukaku, or else we would be level on points with Villa!

Serious question... Did you watch that shambles and have you had far too much to drink?

He is responsible for two simply awful seasons and semi-final or not, he has to go NOW !

Or Maybe as Carragher said, we're just not as good as we think we are.

I knew we were going to get beat tonight, but it's not that. It's the fact that theres no fight, no passion, no one's arsed. We put Aston Villa to shame tonight ffs. If anyone thinks the mentality which we've had recently will change on Saturday is on another planet.

Liverpool 4-0 up and still chased and closed every ball down like their lives depended on it, whilst we stroll around like a scene from The Walking Dead.

He HAS TO go now. Like right now. I don't care who takes charge till the end of the season. The mentality would completely change for Saturday and the players might actually be up for it and play for the badge on their shirts. Going into a semi final like this is absolute criminal, you've drained me Martinez and I want my Everton back.

Situation is simple for me. If we want to have even a slim chance of competing and winning the semi final on Saturday, he needs to go today. Don't care who takes over interim. Just someone who will change things and inject a bit of motivation and passion into the players will do and will give us at least a chance of doing something Saturday.

Worse than any defeat under Moyes, this man has not got a clue and is slowly destroying our club.

We need to get rid as soon as possible, the lads don't want to play for him anyway and Saturday could be the end.

Is the wrong response.

He has lost the respect of most if not all of the players and the fan base.
He and his Mickey-mouse coaching staff have no idea how to set up defensively.

He's embarrassing himself and the club, as are the board if they choose not to act.

I don't disagree he has to go no question.

But if we get rid now who are we going to replace him with at short notice ?

Mourinho mk1 was sacked at 3am by Chelsea.

I remember as I was a taxi driver at the time, and talkSport didn't know what to do with themselves.

If Chelsea can do it, we can.

I'm calling it now, he won't be in charge by midday tomorrow.

I give up, I really do.
You make it sound like he can suddenly flick a switch for a cup match and everything will be hunky dory.

This is not a computer game.

You obviously think you can flick a switch if you think by sacking him it will help us on Sunday.
