Hi Esk, hope all is well pal.

I think Martinez should leave right now.

I'm going to the Cup semi, and I'd like it to be a situation different from tonight.

I'd like someone to fire up the players.

In my lifetime I've only ever seen Anders Limpar run at players at Wembley like he was on it. Every other time we look shook and bottle it.

No Martinez, no excuses. Ins and outs depend on performances.

We will rebuild, and we will become a European powerhouse again. I believe that. Football revolutions.

Our time to decide our future is now.

Just my humble opinion like.
Superb post I saw andy gray muscle Tim Sherwood out the way, and before that Derek temple score in '66 Lets invoke those memories We need a leader !!

He's admitted he doesn't practice defensive drills. I am assuming that means set pieces and shapes to deal with certain scenarios.
In this day and age then that is totally unacceptable.

He got away with it season 1 because he had basically Mayes defensive set up (imo).
As he has now drilled them the way he ants the tonllayboffensively, that defensive structure has been eradicated.
I really like Martinez as a person and I think ha can do a job at Everton.
But not as the first team manager and not on 3m per year either.

The players are shadows of what we thought they were in august. I don't even recognise them - and I do believe a large part of that is down to the individuals too.
Man up or gtf out.

You can build a defensive wall with Bricks, you can't with Martinez.......

I would laugh, but it's so true it's depressing. The argument that we couldn't get anyone in is almost pathetic. We have the people in the club already. Sheedy, Unsworth, even Ferguson. One team talk and a training session on defending crosses and our chances at Wembley would be improved 100 fold.

Mourinho mk1 was sacked at 3am by Chelsea.

I remember as I was a taxi driver at the time, and talkSport didn't know what to do with themselves.

If Chelsea can do it, we can.

I'm calling it now, he won't be in charge by midday tomorrow.

If the players have turned against him as we are led to believe then he should of been sacked before today.

What is the point of posting a league position after taking some of our wins off?

Martinez is a cup manager. The best shot of winning the cup is having him there.

Ridicious excuse. Everton are a PL football club. The league is the priority. Good manager can do well in both league and cup. Martinez is a fraud that's about it.

I don think you're too far off the mark Ian....something went on at half time. Stones came out late and was white as a ghost....then left the pitch. Funes puts a nasty tackle in as he's all fired up just after half time. Gaz Baz comes off with a niggle. At the end Martinez had bloodshot eyes. I think there's been a parting of the ways at half-time and player power wins.
I just hope some of the players look inwardly at themselves and their performances over the last 12 months.

I genuinely feel for Martinez as he clearly wants to do well. The players have hung him out to dry tonight.
