Being a 'man' of the theater, Bill is no doubt banking on a tear-jerking final act in which at the 11th hour the latino leading man snatches victory just when it seems impossible. Sadly the curtain should have come down on this 3rd rate pantomime a long time ago

There's no way he'll be sacked before the game. If the players don't want to play for him they should at least have some pride and play for the fans.

They hate the fans as well.

But at the very least maybe they could play for themselves and not disgrace us too much.

Well it has gone this late in the day so I suppose I might as well face up to the fact Martinez is going to still be in charge at Wembley.

I will be going down there with absolutely no optimism.

This is the most shambolic episode in Everton history.

Spot on

It is the silence from the club that says quite a lot. They should have sacked him a few weeks ago, that I think says
he has the semi, and then if we lose he is gone 10 minutes later. Personally I would like him gone now the only reason not to
is not to give the kopites the satisfaction we got after they canned Rogers, and United canned Moyes which to be honest felt great

I contemplated selling my tickets last night, as I feel exactly the same.

The result seems as inevitable as I felt yesterdays was.

If they can him today, I'll at least go with a glimmer of hope.

I guess we all have to resign ourselves to the fact he'll lead the team out at Wembley.
Win and he's here till the end of the season.
Lose and in my opinion, he'll be gone on Monday and an interim appointment made, probably David Unsworth, as there's no way he can be in charge against Bournemouth.

I hope he is, be boss when 35k Everton fans try and charge the dugout after Bournemouth go 3 up after 5minutes.

Let's all be clear here, there is nothing to suggest we are winning any FA cup this season. I know flukes can happen, and a fluke is the only chance we have with el coco in charge.

I know you're saying that somewhat tongue in cheek and in a well meaning way of trying to keep things light-hearted, but that's exactly the fear... lose on Saturday and God forbid he's there v Bournemouth and we were to concede early as heaven only knows what reaction there might be.

Dont shoot the messanger!
I was talking to a bloke today who reckons kenwrights outlook on things goes like this,,,
He reckons martinez has been unlucky this season and hes going to be given a few quid and another season to turn things around. I sincerely hope this is garbage but the guy who told me ive known for years and he has no reason to lie, hes been a blue all his life and hes 75 and wont go to another game after wembley if roberto still in charge

Chop him asap
Promote Unsworth
Get a proven winner in at the end of season if not possible to do so before.

Don't give up hope just yet mate, despite it being so thin on the ground...plenty of chance for her to sing still.

*Well, y'know, not her specifically...cos...well, Mrs Mills is well dead like...but y'know what I mean...

...genuinely concerning that though isn't it and something I've considered.

It needs to be dealt with now doesn't it, purely as a duty of care.

I'm not even exaggerating that either, sadly, there's a real chance it could end up 'orrible.
