Yeah there's already been some rumours to that effect.

Tbh, I want them to have a candidate lined up but equally I can see the logic in not bringing him in until after Christmas. Give the guy a chance to get off to a good start.

I do now think we are approaching just having a caretaker in for a few games to try and get a reaction.

Surely it would just make sense for TFG to accept that they might have to wait a while before they get their own man in? They could surely just give us the green light to approach a safe pair hands such as Moyes and offer an 18 month deal? Football managers tend not to last long now. It's not like the next guy is highly likely to get 10 years. Maybe a short term 'bridging' manager might be the best way for them to approach things at this juncture?

but the body language of Tarkowski looked particularly awful. Do we now have proof he's lost at least some of the players?
It looked quite damning alright. Tarky jogging for Rashford's 2nd instead of sliding in for the block told me they have nothing left to give this manager. If they had any belief in being hard to beat and nick a goal which worked for a time, they certainly have no belief in coming back now. Their heads after Utd's first dropped massively.
He has to go now

They have had 3months to assess the club.
Gather a board .
Observe the performance of the first team,
Consult expert opinion
Consider and quietly approach available coaches.
If they are such brilliant businessman I expect them to arrive with a fully formed plan of action.
And that includes immediately replacing an unpopular and clearly failing manager.

The only answer is yes.

Another factor is how easy a start it seems to have been this season. We got well beaten yesterday by a United team that were well inside the bottom half of the table and that lots of teams fancy getting points from them this season. Villa beat us too and they look like they`re struggling to keep up their PL form from the last couple of years and play CL football too. Not sure how easy we had starts in those previous seasons but can`t imagine they were near as easy as this season.
