We need to sell heitinga and jelavic. That should net us about £5m, then if baines goes we should have about £20m in total and saved on wages. Worth a bid on Lukaku (probably not enough) or another striker. If we want to push on we need to break our transfer budget on a striker. Would be fantastic if we could also reinvest some of the summer surplus but i'd imagine all that money has ebbed away servicing our debts.

Excellent shout - impressed me every time I've seen him. Strong, good turn of pace over short distances, lethal finisher, would fit well into Martinez's system.
Depending on finances/ambition, Lacina Traore would be ace too.

Think for a sustained go at the champions league we need to basically swap jelavic for another striker of that caliber Eg Finagabosen or someone around the 6m range . Add another centre mid and we should be good . Summer if we get the big one then we have to try and get lukaku, wouldn't mind Sydney Sam either if Gerard goes back
