As for the attitude...thats Robertos job. Its not just about inspriational team talks its about managing the personalities in the dressing room and getting the best out of players, succeeding where other manager have failed.
If we could get Remi for circa 10M with Jelavic going the other way id rip your arms off. Lukaku is gonna cost 25-30M and he just isnt good enough yet. That kind of money means we only sign him...10M ish strengthens elsewhere also.

Only Aguerro and Suarez have scored more in the prem this season. So whats not that good about him?

On pure playing ability 15m for Remy is a great buy.
The way we are as a squad though I think it depends on his character too. I love the camaraderie in our team and the way we celebrate as a team after big results. I wouldn't want anyone to disrupt that. Of course he might be a lovely bloke but we've all heard otherwise.

I didnt actually say £15M though did I. Originally i said £10M plus Jelavic - as QPR are supposed to be interested so it looks like a great swap to me.
Also, the lads played in the prem for 18 months so he hits the ground running. He wont take any time to settle like a foreigner new to the league would do.
To me its a complete no brainer...but ill trust Roberto if he says we will end the window stronger then we absolutely will
