Awful embarrassing carry on this... only beaten by the absolute t***s on twitter sending abuse to the lad for just being linked with the club. A lot of people out there need to grow up.
 
Whens the last time Jones played in a decent team with a decent manager to motivate him/kick his arse?

Different surroundings can change a player. If it was short term, I've no problem with this cheap squad signing.

Its funny the fuming over something that hasnt happened yet. Says a lot about some peoples mindset.

This really is the Omni Thread. Wouldn't it be better to have a temporary January transfer sub forum so you can have threads dedicated to each player.

17th of December, I told you all. The main target is the Batchuyi kid from Leige, with the Fingerbang kid as a backup plan. Jones is only short term people, like I said.

We are not after Kenwyne Jones.

Someone from the media has been browsing the forums and actually thought someone was being serious about him.

They used to do it to sheedy too, when he posted something they'd put it in the paper.

Don't worry about it.
 

Honestly I'd hope we are in for Jones, 1mil for a striker with PL experience to fill a spot on the bench would be a great deal, for a backup striker with experience that would be a great deal

Why not just sign up kev phillips or carlton cole, their both free with prem experience so even better options like ;p
 
Anyone who actually wants us to sign Kenwyne Jones just have that transfer mode head on were they'd be happy for us to just SIGN someone. Kenwyne Jones is next level awful. He should be at a mid table championship club. Not at Everton.

As I said, he will be backup until the summer. If he does well while here we might keep him as cover, but more than likely we will try to move him on in the summer.

The kid from Liege is the number one target, but no deal until the summer. That's who he really wants, this is just a short term solution.
