Silva must go

Spending money like there’s no tomorrow and chopping and changing managers yes we will

Why would sacking a failing manager turn us into QPR mate? You need to tell me why because I don't get it.

Chelsea just sacked a trophy winning manager because he didn't meet their standards. Are they going to turn into a mid table championship side???

Come on Matty mate...

How many have we has recently mate there’s my example

Maybe because we persist with failures? We appoint and then show patience to the wrong people. I'm fed up of inept managers ruining our seasons before the clocks even go back. One wrecked season was bad enough, this will be two for Silva.

He has 2 weeks to turn this round. Otherwise we need to act before its too late. He's not going to change his ways so we'll have to change the manager.

We will see he’s turned it around before he will again.

In fairness he did that when the pressure was completely off. We were out of everything with no realistic chance of Europe. It’s no surprise to me that this group of players suddenly started playing. The likes of Schneiderlin and Siggurdson know a transfer window is coming up and start playing once the pressure is off but they’re nowhere to be seen when the season is still open.

That makes no sense at all. We've had 4 managers and not been relegated like QPR.

Mate, your idea is sticking with a manager who has never shown he is up to standard, has no plan B and if reactionary instead of proactive.

What about SILVA makes you think he is "the man", because the only answer I keep seeing is "you can't keep sacking managers" which is just stupid. Yes, you can if you realize they are not up to where you want to be. Sticking with a manager who is massively underperforming (sunk cost fallacy btw) for the sake of it is just is just idiotic.

Agree to an extent mate, but add Gomes and gbamin in, we might be a better team so it still needs time

Like I’ve said he needs time and all our players fit for his first 11. Qpr is an example of overspending and hiring and firing.

I don’t think he goes before the end of the season unless we look like relegation certainties a la Koeman. Then at the end of the season if he hasn’t made Europe he’d be gone. I don’t think we’ll countenance another mid season firing and caretaker again.

Why appoint him and buy many players for him in the first place then? I am not saying I'm happy I was gutted yesterday but Silva has shown he can turn it around and yes he needs to do it quickly and be more flexible. Yes we are under achieving now but firing him now won't instantly solve our problems in my view. We are on a long term rebuild.

They didn't buy the players for Silva, they bought them for Everton. Brands has the idea of the type of player he wants. WHEN Silva goes, the next one SHOULD be a tweak, not a Koeman-esque massive rehaul.
