Silva must go

Yes, after a reasonable early run under Silva, Hull were relegated.
Yes and they were out of the relegation zone with 3 games to go. Sunderland, Palace and Spurs.
Needed to beat Sunderland and Palace to stay up. Lost both 2-0 at home to Sunderland who were already down and whacked 4-0 away to Palace.

I worry when the chips are down and he needs results he just hasn't got it.

Like a carbon copy of last season coming right up. Be class back end of the season and he’ll get another year again.

...he does have that type of record of good and bad runs of form. I did forecast it would be a difficult period despite the relatively easy fixture list.

He’s had his excuses (no new CB, Gbamin injured, Gomes injured, Kean not having an immediate impact), but a top coach still has his team organised and fired up. 20 points at Christmas is always a minimum requirement for me, I can’t see Silva being in any danger at all unless he fails to reach that benchmark.

Those leagues abroad are not as tough as the PL, for me shows he was a poor choice of Moshiri. Watford should be grateful they got shut. Not sure but were Hull relegated?
What ever you think oF Silva, You cant blame him for the Hull relegation. They were already dead. Even the board were preparing for life in the championship as they sold Snodgrass( their best player) in January and I think they sold another player.

And got Niasse & markovic on loan. And he nearly got them out of trouble.

Mina the latest one of the players to talk about his love of Marco. This is clearly a good thing, but perhaps there is not enough tough love to turn what on paper is a talented squad of players into winners.

I really wish he could, as like most I am frustrated with the progress, but hesitant that making another change now is a sensible thing to do. It would just continue to the vicious circle of spending a fortune changing the squad again and the club that seemed to make that model work by changing coaches rather than players every season, Watford, have hit the buffers this time.

I think the blueprint is coming together under Brands, which will take time to embed throughout the club, especially with so much dross to have got rid of that financially must be holding us back on the transfer front. As such, I think we have to hang in there with Silva, and unless in the bottom three at Christmas, judge again at the end of the season.
