Did he really say that or have people misconstrued his words?
Genuinely asking like, I have no idea.
He has really said that. And said it again all of a couple days ago.

I'm not grateful that any player deigned to lower himself to play for everton. It's an honor.
He knows **** all tbh. People need to pull their tongues out his arse. The same people moan and yap when a twitter comment gets posted on here aswell.

Guys - you're overreacting to an article where he said he wasn't coming on loan?
1) LCAB had said permanent in Jan.
2) Last year LD said he wasn't coming on loan...a week before he came here on loan.
It's as everyone has said - he's either coming permanent, or he's not.
Don't see how this latest article changes anything. I'm still planning on him being here perm in Jan until LCAB tells me different or Jan rolls by.
P.S. And I hate the lack of niceness from some of you guys. Way to say thanks.
Why did you spell honour the American way mate?
Say thanks for what, Kay?
To Landon?
Why?

Osmosis.
Is he a Striker?
For his service to this club. I'm not going overboard like, but again, the giant F U! he sucks anyway! that people have written here kinda pisses me off. So I'll write back about it. That's all.
I'm sorry Kay but Manuel Fernandes has more appearances than Donovan for us. His "service" is two miniscule loan spells.
He's a good player and whether he ever dons our shirt again or not has nothing to do with that. I too hate it when people change their opinion of someone's ability because of emotion or something that's not rational. He's a quality player and did well for us.
But erm, if anything he should be grateful. He didn't come out of the goodness of his heart to help little old Everton out. He had his wages (and loan fees) paid for him by one of the biggest clubs in the home of his sport to give him the chance of trying his hand in the biggest league in the world.
I like Landon, but I'm not going to deify him. He isn't an Everton player and never really has been a proper one. Which is a shame, I wish we'd been able to sign him for good immediately after his first loan.

EDIT: Aka, if he decides not to come in Jan, or WE change our minds, say thanks and move on. Not raise your middle finger.
