I don't believe Bruce Arena's quotes for anything. The club is denying Lampard and we all know where that's going. Note that Bruce didn't say anything about where LD is playing.

Until 1/31 rolls around I'm not concluding anything even if Landon is at camp tomorrow.

Yeah, Kay, I tend to agree, which is why I threw in the bit about Arena repeating the front office stance. I would flail-run and meat spin for days if Landon signed again.
 

The irony of how upset we get when another manager/club talks about signing our players, yet this is okay. They don't have tapping up issues in the US?

Totally agree, i can't believe how utter gash Naismith was tonight. I was still a little on the fence, in the sense of recognising he isn't that good, but I wasn't sure if he was that bad either. Tonight he was just useless. With LD down the wing, we would have had more options in the second half and we could have taken that game by the scruff. Jela needs to be dropped too, utter gash tonight. LD needs to get here as soon as possible

mate i just had remy for half a season who scored more than 1 a game who i sold to real for £36m, in which i bought pato and jesus navas.

...yeah that's right, you read what you read.

we seriously need some more pace in our team though, especially in a game like tonight where pienaar is doing nothing and oviedo will not be given a chance to see what he can do
