That's one of the few things I hate about this forum. If you want to discuss anything you can't post a thread. You have to trawl back for a previous thread on the same subject, sometimes started months or years before.

Apparently he doesn't give 100% in training anymore because he wants to conserve his body. That's a shame. Isn't rule #1 that you need to put the shift in in training, show the hunger and sharpness to convince the manager you should be playing ahead of others. It does seem with landon that he was happy to be a big fish in a small pond, and fair play to Klinsmann for not picking his team based on reputation. I hope Landon doesn't look back on his career with regret

He's been on a league winning side 5 times and an extra US Open Cup win to boot.

Not like he's had a bad career or anything.

Messi could go and play in armenia and win pots by the bagfull wouldn't count as a good career because of the level he's capable of.
